Step-By-Step Instructions to Make an Online Payment

2) Enter the amount that you wish to pay at this time for the "item price" along the left-side of the page.

3) Are you paying with or without an existing PayPal account?:

No PayPal Account: If you do not have a PayPal account or you wish to pay using a credit card, click the button that says "don't have a PayPal account?". Look for that button on the bottom right-side of the page (directly below the PayPal login section).
Pay Using a PayPal Account: Simply enter your current login information in the space provided.
