Q: How long will it take to finish my graphic design project?
Every graphic design project is different, but it typical takes about 5 days to complete a 100% custom design.
Of course your project could easily be completed sooner or take even longer depending on the complexity and number of revisions you require. Additionally, how quickly you respond to requests, supply us content, and approve each step of your new graphic design project will factor into the amount of time it will take to complete.
Q: Can The Rusty Pixel do the printing for my project in addition to the design?
Yes, we offer high quality printing services for most of our graphic design work.
Q: The Rusty Pixel did not design my project; can you still print them for me?
Yes, we offer high quality printing options even if we did not design it.
Q: How long will it take to get my project printed and delivered?
Printing typical takes about 5 to 10 business days to complete and deliver your project from the day you approve the final design (or place your print-only order).
Q: I needed my project done like yesterday; do you offer rush jobs?
Yes, we offer rush options for graphic design and printing for an additional cost (which varies on the type of project and on how quickly you need it completed).
Q: Can you ship my finished printed project directly to me?
Yes, we can ship your finished printed project to you directly. The cost varies depending on the type of project and how much you order.
Q: Can I pick up my project directly?
Yes you can. There is NO cost if you come and pick up your finished printed project.
We are based in Central Florida in Brevard County on Florida's beautiful east coast (Space Coast). Located in Cocoa, FLA which is just east of Orlando, Florida and just north of Melbourne, FL (near the Cape Canaveral Space Center).
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes we can ship outside of the USA (additional costs for international shipping will apply).
Q: How does creating a brand new graphic design and print project work?
Q: I need multiple versions (or sets) of my project printed; how does that work?
Printing costs are per set, for example: If you getting two sets of 500 business cards (with different information on each set) it would be two separate orders of 500 cards each; as opposed to one order of 1000 cards. Additional design costs per set may apply as well.
Q: Can you still design my new project even if I plan on not having The Rusty Pixel print them for me?
Yes, we can do just the design if you would like. However, there may be file delivery fees if you do not get your graphic design project printed with us. You can have the files sent electronically in a compressed zipped file or snail-mailed on a CD or DVD. There is NO file delivery needed if you get the printing with us.
Q: Where can I get information about your policies and other important details about your graphic design and printing services?
Q: Am I going to have to deal with someone in India or China that does not speak English very well?
No, you will only deal with The Rusty Pixel staff. We are American owned and operated and all work is done right here in the United States.
Q: What types of print projects can you create for me?

Q: What do you need to get started on my new web site?
To get started, all we need to know is what type of project you will need (business cards, flyers, brochures, etc), if you need printing, and if you have any specific design or printing specifications.
There are some optional things you can send us if you would like. While not required it can help point us in the right direction of what you would like your project to look like. For example; are there any other specific colors or style that you know you would like your print project designed in? Are there any specific logos, images, text, etc that you need us to incorporate into your new print design? Do you have any examples and links to other print designs you like the look of (can be from any industry)?
